David Blaska seems to think so. I thought there would be some changes but never saw this coming. Both our State and the Unions are to blame for this. The State for giving in to the Unions for all of these years and the Unions for expecting so much year after year.
You can bet there is going to be one hell of a fight over this one Blaska says " The National Guard might be in play."
This will be fun to watch.
